Mr. Dmytro Parobok, the First Deputy Chairman of the Board of PrJSC «NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» together with the Company’s specialists, participated in the 6th Energy Law Conference, which brought together representatives of the public sector, energy businesses, the legal community, investors, and international partners.

The conference focused on the practical aspects of energy market development and the application of new regulatory mechanisms. Participants discussed the transformation of the natural gas market, the restoration of damaged energy assets, the organization of renewable energy auctions, court practice, and legal instruments for implementing investment projects.
Particular attention was paid to the regulatory decisions expected to shape the development of Ukraine’s energy sector in 2026, as well as to the legal mechanisms required for effective business operations, attracting investment, and protecting the interests of market participants.
