NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy” Fulfills All Financial Obligations to the State
PrJSC NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy”, a wholly state-owned company, has fulfilled all of its financial obligations by transferring UAH 344 million to the State Budget of Ukraine as its share of net profit for 2025.
As a state-owned company, PrJSC NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy” consistently ensures the timely fulfilment of its financial obligations and continues to make a significant contribution to Ukraine’s public finances. Effective asset management, responsible corporate governance, and stable financial performance enable the Company not only to carry out its statutory responsibilities but also to generate substantial budget revenues for the State.
Based on its financial results for 2025, the Company transferred a total of approximately UAH 418 million to the State Budget of Ukraine, including UAH 74 million in corporate income tax and UAH 344 million as the State’s share of the Company’s net profit. This level of contributions reflects the Company’s significantly improved financial and operating performance.

The timely and full transfer of the State’s share of net profit to the budget remains an absolute priority for the Company. This achievement reflects the dedicated efforts of our team and demonstrates the effective management of state-owned assets. We recognize the importance of every contribution to the country’s financial resilience and will continue working to strengthen Ukraine’s economic potential,” said Mr. Viktor Novikov, Chairman of the Board of NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy”.
The Company’s contributions to the State Budget play an important role in supporting Ukraine during wartime. Today, the vast majority of State budget revenues are directed towards financing the country’s security and defence needs. By consistently fulfilling its financial obligations, NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy” contributes to strengthening Ukraine’s defence capabilities and supporting the country’s economic and financial resilience.
Previously, NJSC “Nadra Ukrainy” reported a threefold increase in its budget contributions during the first quarter of 2026.
