NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» Begins Preparations for a New Industry Agreement
The Agreement Will Establish a Modern Framework for Labour Relations and Strengthen Social Dialogue Across the Industry
PrJSC «NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» held a working meeting between Mr. Dmytro Parobok, First Deputy Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Yurii Nesterenko, Deputy Chairman of the Trade Union of Employees of Geology, Geodesy and Cartography of Ukraine.
Mr. Nesterenko serves as Co-Chair of the Trade Union Negotiating Commission responsible for drafting and concluding the 2026–2030 Industry Agreement. During the meeting, the parties agreed on the organizational steps required to launch negotiations and reaffirmed their commitment to constructive cooperation based on the principles of equal social dialogue.
“Social dialogue is an integral part of effective corporate governance and the Company’s sustainable development. We look forward to open, professional and constructive cooperation with the industry trade union to develop a balanced Industry Agreement that complies with current legislation, addresses today’s challenges, and reflects the interests of our employees,” said Mr. Dmytro Parobok, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy».
The participants emphasized that the new Industry Agreement should strike an appropriate balance between the interests of both employees and the employer, promote the further development of social partnership, and establish modern mechanisms for regulating labour and socio-economic relations across the Company’s enterprises.
The negotiations are being conducted in accordance with the Laws of Ukraine “On Collective Agreements and Contracts” and “On Social Dialogue in Ukraine.” During the meeting, the trade union representatives officially announced the launch of negotiations and presented the composition of their negotiating commission.
For its part, NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» established its own negotiating team on an equal footing with the trade union side. The Company’s delegation will be co-chaired by Ms. Oksana Pogorielova, Head of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department.
The conclusion of the 2026–2030 Industry Agreement will mark another important step in strengthening the social partnership between NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» and the Trade Union of Employees of Geology, Geodesy and Cartography of Ukraine. The Agreement will define the key principles of cooperation in the areas of labour relations, social protection, occupational health and safety, employee development, and the sustainable operation of the Company’s subsidiaries.
Previously, the Commercial Court of Kyiv restored the rights of NJSC «Nadra Ukrain»” to participate in the Joint Activity Agreement (JAA) at the Sakhalinske field.
