The Company continues to strengthen cooperation with leading global industry players to explore opportunities for implementing advanced technological solutions for the extraction of critical raw materials in Ukraine.
PrJSC «NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy», together with its subsidiary SE «Zakhidukrgeologiya», held an online working meeting with representatives of the U.S.-based company Lilac Solutions, one of the world’s leading providers of innovative lithium extraction technologies.

For NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy», it is important not only to advance our own projects but also to build partnerships with companies that have proven expertise in implementing innovative solutions in the mining industry. Such cooperation creates new opportunities for developing Ukraine’s lithium sector and strengthening the country’s resource potential,” said Mr. Viktor Novikov, Chairman of the Board of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy».

During the meeting, the parties discussed modern extraction technologies, particularly for lithium, the prospects for their implementation in Ukraine, and potential areas of cooperation in the development of mineral resources. Special attention was given to technological solutions that improve lithium recovery efficiency and contribute to the more sustainable and efficient use of mineral resources. Following the meeting, the participants identified the next steps for assessing the potential application of Lilac Solutions’ innovative technologies in Ukrainian projects.
The development of Ukraine’s critical mineral resource base requires not only strong geological potential but also access to advanced technologies. Therefore, NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» continues to expand cooperation with international companies that are shaping global trends in the mining industry while studying international best practices to ensure the efficient development of strategically important mineral resources that are essential for the global energy transition and the advancement of modern industry.
