Issues of energy resilience, investment in technologies, and production efficiency became the central topics of the industry conference.

The Chairman of the Board of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» Mr. Viktor Novikov and First Deputy Chairman of the Board Mr. Dmytro Parobok took part in the XIII International Oil and Gas Conference «Coiled Tubing. Hydraulic Fracturing. Drilling Services. Geology and Geophysics», held in Lviv.

During the conference, representatives of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» held a series of working meetings with the heads of Ukrainian and international production and service companies, as well as with industry experts. The discussions focused on practical issues of improving production efficiency, implementing technological solutions in drilling and service operations, and opportunities for attracting investment into current and prospective projects.

On thesidelines of the conference, the Company’s management met with Mr. Ihor Chudyk, Rector of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas. The parties discussed cooperation in developing practical training for students, expanding internship programs, strengthening interaction between education and industry, as well as attracting young specialists to careers within the Company and its subsidiary enterprises.

Today, Ukraine’s oil and gas sector operates under unprecedented challenges, but such platforms make it possible to unite experience, technologies, and management solutions. Resilience is built where there is cooperation between the state, business, and the engineering community.
