Mr. Viktor Novikov, Chairman of the Board of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» outlined key steps in the Company’s transformation, the results of the audit, and approaches to increasing management transparency and efficiency in an interview with NADRA.INFO.

Mr. Viktor Novikov gave an extensive interview to the industry publication NADRA.INFO, presenting a vision for the systemic reboot of the Company and the initial results of managerial changes.
According to the Chairman of the Board, the transformation of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» is proceeding in line with state priorities and primarily involves bringing order to financial and economic operations. The Company has already launched a comprehensive audit covering 2022–2025, as well as a full inventory of assets and processes. Concurrently, internal control mechanisms are being introduced, including the establishment of an internal audit function and enhanced monitoring of subsidiary operations.
Regarding the financial sector, Mr. Viktor Novikov noted that the positive results for 2025 was achieved through both strategic management decisions and the sale of certain assets. At the same time, the strategic focus is shifting toward development—modernizing equipment, upgrading the material and technical base, and strengthening geological activities.
Key priorities include creating a digital geological database, attracting investment into subsoil use projects, and preparing for new initiatives related to real estate asset development. Additionally, the Company is working on implement more transparent procurement procedures and preparing for corporate governance reform, specifically the creation of a supervisory board based on modern corporate governance standards.

NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» is focused on increasing contributions to the state budget, supporting the country’s economic resilience, and contributing to the strengthening of national defense.

Mr. Viktor Novikov specifically emphasized that NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» together with «Nadra Oleska» LLC pays significant attention to supporting the Defense Forces of Ukraine, directing resources to support military units and bolster the state’s defense capabilities.
