The Company continues to implement reforms aimed at enhancing management efficiency, transparency, and the investment attractiveness of its enterprises.
Private Joint-Stock Company “National Joint-Stock Company «Nadra Ukrainy» is implementing legislative changes related to corporatization, including the transformation of its subsidiary enterprises into limited liability companies (LLCs).
“Corporatization is not merely a formal change in legal structure, but a strategic step towards improving efficiency, strengthening investment appeal, and ensuring the Company’s sustainable development. We are adopting European corporate governance practices as the foundation for further growth,” said Viktor Novikov, Chairman of the Board of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy».
These changes are intended to align the Company’s operations with modern European business standards, improve operational performance, and enhance transparency in management processes. Corporatization will enable a clearer separation of management and oversight functions, as well as the introduction of effective financial planning mechanisms.
As part of the transformation process, the management of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» completed corporate governance training in line with international standards and the updated national legislation. A series of working meetings were held with the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine and subsidiary enterprises. As a result, joint approaches to implementing corporatization were developed, key stages of the process were agreed upon, and priority areas of cooperation were identified.
The corporatization of NJSC «Nadra Ukrainy» enterprises is expected to facilitate the attraction of both domestic and foreign investment, strengthen partner confidence, and create additional opportunities for sustainable growth. The Company will continue implementing modern corporate governance instruments and improving the regulatory framework in close cooperation with state authorities.
Earlier, Viktor Novikov discussed key sector development issues during the Sixth Plenum of the Central Committee of the Trade Union of Workers of Geology, Geodesy and Cartography of Ukraine.
